These notes compiled by Louis Tofari offer detailed instructions for altar servers absent in other ceremonial manuals such as Fortescue. In addition to providing authoritative sources, the notes also incorporate the legitimate customs that should be practiced in the United States.
The notes for special rites (e.g., Candlemas, Ash Wednesday, Holy Week, etc.) also include certain details for the celebrant and sacristan.
