Cancellations and Refunds

At Romanitas Press, the satisfaction of our customers with our products is our object. This is our policy for cancellations, refunds and returns.
Cancellations
A purchase may be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Cancellations may be partial—of a particular product(s), or in full—of the entire order.
We will refund the total amount of the product(s), or the total amount of the entire order. In the case of a partial cancellation, if the shipping weight and cost is affected (depending on either the domestic or international rate), we will also refund the appropriate amount in shipping cost.

Damaged, missing or incorrect products
If a product(s) is received in a damaged condition, is missing from the order, or is incorrect, contact us immediately with the following information:

We will work to ensure a satisfactory outcome either by replacing, refunding, or crediting the damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s).
For a damaged product(s), we may require you to submit pictures of the products affected in order to place an insurance claim with the carrier service. These pictures will need to include the damaged areas of the:

Exterior package (box or envelope)

Internal packing material (if crushed or even appears as improperly packed)

Product
When we replace a damaged, missing, or incorrect product(s), we will ship it(them) at no further cost.
Refunds
As noted above regarding Cancellations, we will provide a refund for the cancellation of a particular product(s) or the entire order and the affected shipping cost if requested within 24 hours of the purchase.
As noted above regarding Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products, we may also provide a refund in lieu of replacing the product(s).
If you have another reason to request a refund for a purchase, contact us. If we determine that a refund is in order, we will satisfactorily resolve the matter.
Returns
In general, we do not accept returns due to the exigencies of shipping back a product(s) and the entailed administrative work. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the matter satisfactorily.
