Romanitas Press strives to ship its orders at the most economical cost while ensuring effective delivery.

Domestic Customers—United States
Romanitas Press ships its domestic orders either with USPS, UPS or FedEX depending on the weight, cost and urgency of the order. Our default shipping method is through USPS, however, we cannot use the USPS Media/Library Rate.

Fulfillment of domestic orders is usually within 3-5 business days.

International Customers
Romanitas Press ships its international orders either with USPS (and via the region’s local postal service), UPS or FedEX depending on the weight, size, urgency, availability of service for the region and cost. USPS no longer offers an economy ground service.

Fulfillment of international orders is usually within 3-5 business days.

Damaged goods or incorrect items
If a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is received, please contact Romanitas Press.

We will work to ensure a satisfactory outcome either by replacing or refunding the damaged item, or by providing a credit.

Returns
Generally, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us.​
